In high school I had two Civics teachers. They were AWESOME! Both of them were Conservative Jews -- Mr. Levy and Mr. Levine. They had balls. They'd play actual WWII German film footage of the camps, naked Jewish bodies being bulldozed into mass graves, and didn't shield us one bit from the atrocities. Those films are seared into my brain. They didn't teach the textbook narrative of US history, either. They'd even say "This is what your book says, and this is what really happened." I remember a few students left their classes because their parents thought the material was "too real."

I loved both of those guys. That was 35 years ago. Their teaching would put hair on your nuts. I remember electricity shooting down my spine, it got so real sometimes. Watching them both break down when they ran those films was pretty chilling.

I'm no Jew, and I'm not close with any in my life, but when they become a target in this country, I'm standing with them. **** Erdogan and the crazy train he came in on.

Minus the whole holocaust issue, he did a lot of good things for Germany. As already stated, he fixed the trains and the roads... He also made sure they all went where they were supposed to. He created the autobahn and funded Volkswagen (people's car). He brought the economy back up and united a broken nation. He made a broken Germany a world power. He was a horrible person that did some great things for his country.

 

I think the whole, getting the trains running on schedule was for the other factor he was famous for... I hope you don't need any hints :xeye:

I don't have to justify what that psychopath did. I was just offering some good things that he did for Germany, which I mistakenly called his country. I also misunderstood that the OP only wanted people to point out all the bad things he did, thank you for clarifying those details.
