Does anyone have any experience with this? I like the look and I believe I would like the feel if I felt one. It doesn't outright say it is AR compatible but from what I gather it is. So does anyone know anything about it? Used it? Like it? Hate it? I'm normally not THAT big of a Remington fan, especially since they have gone all world wide conglomerate on us, but this seems like a nice piece of hardware.

Any thoughts?

If you are wanting something to throw on your prep/handout AR's I would second the Midwest Industries rails. For the price you can't really go wrong. I don't have a gen 3 but have 4 of the gen 2's. 2 Gen 2 SS-Series and 2 Gen 2 T-Series. They have served me well. While they are probably not as solid as a Geissele or DD they are also 1-200 bucks cheaper. I actually bought my first one due to the cost and was pleasantly surprised with how nice it is. Obviously, I got 3 more.

MI is also good people, always helpful whenever I contacted them. That to me is worth something in this day and age.

Thanks. I will definitely check em out.

With the amount I would need, if I could some how save 100-200 bucks, then at the end of the day I would save a bunch of money overall. That's a bunch of money I can spend in more preps like ammo, another force multiplier like red dots/scopes, or another night vision device. I'm not going to go with something that isn't quality though. The whole point to these rifles is for them to perform when/if we need em. But I'm sure there is a happy medium somewhere. Just got to find it.

Another way I might save money is by buying the second hand. As long as they are in good shape I don't mind if they are used. Ebay my work out. Especially if what I pick is a common rail. After all, I'm in no hurry. So if I pick up a couple here and a couple there eventually I would get it done. After all the rifles are still usable and fine the way they are now. Just a thought.

Anyways. Thanks again.
