You are going to get varied answers and comments. Many of which are going to sound negative. It is the nature of the beast. Threads like these go about as well as those that seek to cast "us" in some reality/documentary/gameshow/makeprepperslookbad casting agent/reporter.

One question:
With your extensive and highly skilled career, why have you not found like minded people in your AO? Piece by piece over the decades of qualified work you have done?
It seems to me that such a resume would be a magnet for Preppers... even if OPSEC was taken to the maximum. You would have had at least a MAG by now.

hey im james I joined in 2011 I know I only posted 4 times in 12 years but im looking to start a anti .gov group to take back our rights by force if needed. Im a retired 18B and am skilled in Insurgency and COIN with cross MOS training as a combat engineer. I like to make IED's and EFP's in my spare time and am looking for friends to help me run recce on a federal building.. If your interested call me at 1800FBISTOG..... My group has an opening; we are having difficulty filling if you're interested. We need young strong manual laborers. Work is 15 hours per day, mostly digging and/or manual logging. No pay, but we supply four meals a day.

Wow you can't find a few local people that you actually know and could trust. I'd move to a new area asap.

Did you read the part that said I was retired. Up until now I've been rather busy and now that I'm retired I'd like to relocate. Yes I plan on have a nice life, you do the same.

I worked with that Marine caught in the honeypot and convicted of espionage. He had a bit of a temper. LOL!
