I have been a HUGE fan of that pistol since back in the 1980's when I took a friend to the range and he took one out & let me fire a few mag's through it.
YES its "only" a .380 but it holds lots of angry bees.
And now that caliber is near the older 9MM .

I have one in the mid 80s while stationed in Europe and I did not like it. Trigger was bad, gun was oversized, and I did not like the design (just like I did not like the Beretta M9 as well).

Traded it in for a Stoeger .12 gauge Coach Gun plus paid $50.

 

I have wanted one of those ever since I saw Paul Kersey with one in the second Death Wish film. $299 is a dang good price for that gun.

 

What is teh trigger like?

Nice pistol, I really like that size Beretta pistol, I don't have a 84,I do have 2 of the 81 .32acp ones and everyone that has shot them love them, great triggers and accuracy on both of them, small enough to carry easily yet large enough to shoot easily if I didn't have couple of the .32acp Cheetahs I'd jump on one of those .380s

 

Sweet. Barely missed one at a good deal and few months back.

 

I bought my bride the only Beretta 86 I ever saw, gently used. Tip up barrel .380 ACP. Followed up with an 87 .22LR. Old World craftsmanship.

 

I have one that I paid $500 for and considered it a bargain at the time. Great pistols. Some have described it as the best 380 ever made.

 

Maybe. But the Walther PP and PPK might give it a run for the money. So would the Astra Constable I stupidly sold. And the other pistols are definitely slimmer in the butt. Berettas are the Kardashians of fat butted pistols.

 

The Walther's usually have bad trigger pulls and heavy recoil springs making manipulation hard. James Bond sold those guns.

 

I have a 81 (.32 acp). Think I paid around $300. It is a fantastic little shooter.

 

That's a great deal, wish I saw that a while back when I hand a hankering for a model 84 type .380. I ended up giving the Turkish copy, the Tisas Fatih 380. So far, it's been flawless, takes Beretta/MecGar mags and I have plans to grab a threaded barrel and see how .380 does suppressed on that platform.

I was curious what about that firearm was attractive to you? I have never fired any of their .380's so my experience comes to a screeching halt at the M9.

 

To me, it's just like a scaled down 92F/M9. It's a little large for .380, but fits the hand very well and they are great shooters. If you want to make an argument about the caliber, I won't fight you, but for a larger, very shootable .380 with good capacity, quite accurate and reliable...it has a unique niche.

This means that if you post a photo of your gun online, including on platforms like Facebook or other websites, Google may index that image and make it searchable. This includes the ability to potentially find the serial number of the firearm if it's clearly visible in the image.

 

And then? The government has access to most of my gun info already, I don’t see the problem.
