There have already been cases in the US where Muslim judges upheld Sharia law at the expense of the Constitutional rights of US citizens.

these courts exist but they are 100% voluntary and their decisions carry ZERO legal weight.

thats not what was being talked about by the op - courts.

arbitration simply means both parties agree to sit down with a mediator. for all practical purposes that mediator could be anyone. a judge, a lawyer, or mr. bean.

 

Actually, that is exactly what the OP is talking about, tribunals, councils, and courts of Sharia law, all taking advantage of a loophole in British law. They hold their own hearings and trials, and their judgments are enforceable under British law. There doesn’t seem to be any ambiguity about it. Whether you choose to acknowledge it or not, Muslims are pushing the enforcement of Sharia law everywhere.

 

Europe is screwed MUCH worse than we are. Many of the Muslims won't assimilate to the host country and as mentioned, the Muslims are outbreeding the host countries. The crime rate has grown exponentially aswell and since most european law abiding citizens are disarmed ripe forthe taking. Its too late, Europe can't get rid of the problem. Their core cultures are disappearing.

If you are interested in really understanding this problem, you should read the works of Mark Steyn. It is the demographics that will be our undoing. There is a takeover of western civil society underway in Europe simply by the muslim community growing in population percentage. As the become the dominant population, they will swell in voter ranks and ascend into government and when that happens, Sharia will become the law of the land, not just neighborhoods. And there is really nothing that can be done to stop it. They are simply "out breeding" everyone else.
