Mora knives are one of the best out there. When you consider the price, Mora may be the best knife. I freely admit that they come up short in the mall ninja/tactical/eye candy/cool factor category. Very simple designs that are all about function.
Gotta say I am not a fan of the new Mora, but then I haven't held one yet. The sheath is quite bold being so...red. Is it just the lighting, or are the blade dimensions slightly different?
True, but I would rather have something that's short of tacticool and not be concerned on its performance and reliability. I've used mine at work many times. I've had coworkers use it while working wrecks. They have the tacticool thumb/wrist/assisted opening knives, but they know when to ask for it.
My Mora Tri-flex Craftsman. Note the fact that I blued the steel on the blade to help prevent corrosion. I love this knife. I also filed the spine to use with a fire starter and added a bit of rubber innertube to the handle to add grip (not shown).
