If that is how people privately think, I have no problem with it. This, however, is not a private matter. Bardwell is an agent of the state.

whats next- he'll try to get an ordnance passed that bars white people from chicken restaurants- THATS NOT HIS CALL TO MAKE. It is my opinion that a marriage ceremony is a religious institution. The government has NO right to say who may or may not take part in a such a contract.

Ya know... "living together" has become the new fad. People are avoiding marriage. So WHEN will the Big Gov DECIDE who can and can't live together. Let's take it a step further.... it's one thing to live together, sharing the same bedroom.

Bardwell is listed as a Republican candidate on the local ballot. That means that he WILL be out the door in very short order. Kind of interesting to find that out.

Judges don't typically claim a political affiliation, do they? It never appears on our ballots.
