Seriously, is all we got Penn Gillette and Ted Nugent? :(

I never really understood why the opinions of some person who happens to be employed as an actor is relevant. It's seems as important as the opinion of a porn star, a valet, a waiter at a restaurant, or my boss. It just doesn't matter any more than anyone else's and I wouldn't lift a finger to find out.

Tommy Lee Jones is a fantastic actor. He makes characters come alive and makes you believe that he is whatever he is acting like he is. That's his job and apparently he does it pretty well. Kim Kardashian is nice to look at...I think I could probably look at her naked all day long. Other than fulfilling those roles, what they eat, where they shop, what they think about guns, whether they endorse Millions of Milkshakes...I don't care and I couldn't imagine why anyone else would.

I'm always happy when anyone supports gun rights...but it doesn't change my opinion of Ted Nugent. He's an okay artist IMO but I don't actively seek out his music.

depends on what you think makes someone a celeb, in the industrial music scene there are tons of published and world famous musicians that are very pro gun, i would guess that not a lot of people here would know them though i could be wrong about that, but bands like FGFC820 , Brainclaw, Terrorfakt, siva six, front line assembly, left spine down , cubanate, be my enemy, and funker vogt are a few.

It's marketing. That's all.
Marketing = propaganda, too. There is a war of ideas going on; been going on for quite a while now. This kind of war is usually won when one side is so discredited, so slandered, so ridiculed... that any words or ideas promoted by them are immediately "suspect" and dismissed or ignored. People are AFRAID of speaking their minds because of "guilt by association" - character assassination -

of becoming a target for harassment from the usual suspects, who are breaking their pledge to uphold the constitution and the laws of the land. OH that's right - it's SOOO easy to make new ones, when no one reads them before voting on them...

Jesse James is pro-gun I know he owns AR-15s, 50 cals, alot of the so called "Assault weapons"

I also know that there is a large number of NFL players that are progun with some awesome collections.

The sad thing is most of these people can afford Class 3 permits and weapons. I mean if you had $250k and the correct permit you could own a minigun in the US. Nobody is talking about banning those weapons because only the rich could afford them. Or they will have the legal resources to work within the law to have the weapons put in a living trust or some other such work around.

Currently, the 'gun control' is a propaganda war; a war of commercials, 'talking heads', PSA announcements and television shows.

While I do not 'worship' celebrities, it is nice to see 'big' names that might have some sway on the propaganda war, some sway on the mass of ignorant people out there that believe in everything a 'celebrity' says, that takes it as fact.

I would wish to see some of these people on more talk shows & new programs, if nothing else to influence the ignorant.

I would prefer winning a propaganda war, than being faced with the possibility of a physical war.

There are a lot of them. Most want to keep it a secret. They don't want the world to know. That is why when they finally get ready to retire and can't afford the ridiculous property taxes of Holly Wood they move to what I call Free America. Where it is legal for law abiding citizens to carry and where property taxes aren't sky high.
