I have been looking for a widland/ lumbar pack that has a carry capacity of 30 liters or more, but i can't seem to find one. If you can direct me to one that would be greatly appreciated.

30l = 1831 cu in,; that's good sized day pack volume. I've never seen or heard of a lumbar waist pack or buttpack that large. The larger ones are still typically in the 700-900 cu in (11.5L - 15L) range. And those damn near require harness support.

Here's an example of a larger lumbar pack:

Here's the largest I was able to find on the net; still only 1150 cu in (just under 19L):

This photo depicts a worn 32 Liter pack. Draw your own conclusions about lumbar/waist wear...

I have a Maxpedition Sabercat... which is a pretty big buttpack. Holds approx 20.5L
