I have been looking for a widland/ lumbar pack that has a carry capacity of 30 liters or more, but i can't seem to find one. If you can direct me to one that would be greatly appreciated.
I don't think that exists. You realise the size of a 30L pack, and how high it'd come (or how low to your knees it'd hang?). Your best bet is a backpack with hipbelt.
30l = 1831 cu in,; that's good sized day pack volume. I've never seen or heard of a lumbar waist pack or buttpack that large. The larger ones are still typically in the 700-900 cu in (11.5L - 15L) range. And those damn near require harness support.
I have a Maxpedition Sabercat... which is a pretty big buttpack. Holds approx 20.5L
