Who's deep pockets are behind the "migrant/illegal alien" crisis of the West?

Seems that someone is building and shipping fifty foot long rubber boats with attached motors to Libya. Some estimate these boats could cost at least $10,000 USD each, as much as $30,000 USD each. These boats aren't made to make it all the way across the Mediterranean Sea. They're only supposed to get a few miles offshore from Libya, when NGO "rescue" boats are waiting to pickup the migrants and take them to Italy. There, the migrants are processed as refugees and released into Europe.

This is the same exact process that is taking place on the Southern border of the US, with some slight differences in method.

The illegal aliens are walking across large areas of desert that are generally impassable without caches of supplies and water along the way. And that's our version of the fifty foot long rubber boats. Those supplies are being placed the by NGOs who have received the funds to do so from the same kind of people who are buying and shipping the rubber boats to Libya. The desert supplies allow aliens to make it far enough that our version of the "rescue boats", the US Border Patrol, will pick them up and bring them to the processing areas. There they receive a court summons, and are released into the US.

The goal of whoever is behind all of this is to change the demographics and culture of the West, that is, Europe and the US, in order to destroy it once and for all.

Same process, same goals... Same people behind it all?

The particular boats in use were not being manufactured prior to the immigrant invasion, and someone is facilitating their shipping and receiving in Libya. Libya is a war torn, third world dump. In order for these boats to be shipped there, received, assembled, transported to the beach, etc... Basically, someone from the NGOs are there on the ground actively facilitating refugee movement. The refugees aren't moving anywhere. NGOs are digging them up and moving them into Europe. Once in Europe, they're set loose.

In Mexico and South America, the aliens are mostly still moving themselves up until the point where the BP picks them up. So now that Trump has been elected, alien entrance into the US is way down.

With this reduction, how long before the NGOs funded by Soros start picking up the slack and finding them where they live and bringing them here themselves?

It's not places that just sell rubber boats. These are literally built specifically for this event. They are one time use only rubber rafts with an engine attached. These particular boats are used only to haul massive amounts amounts of people a couple miles offshore and then they are useless, requiring a "rescue" boat to come in and scoop them up.

If Matt Bracken or you yourself Jeremy had taken the time to check Wikileaks out or peruse a host of OSI resources you would likely not be so speculative. Just sometimes you ignore your previous training and go all hog-wild on the speculation.

The boat in question was specifically designed to get around sanctions as if it had been a RHIB (ideal for small unit militia coastal missions and piracy) it would have likely been detained at Red Sea or Mediterranean ports after arriving from China where they are manufactured by several vendors who sell other smaller boats through AliBaba.
Your willfully ignoring how sophisticated smuggling was even before Gaddafi lost control as it was initially a two way trip where people were smuggled into Italy and sanctioned goods and luxury items were smuggled back into Libya.

The EU and states that comprise it have donated RHIB's to the Libyan Coastguard and some of these boats have fallen under the control of people smugglers like Al Bija but so far have not been used in smuggling people to Europe.

The Saudis have spent $70B building mosques and supporting muslim orgs in the west. We are lessening our dependence on their oil at, what must be to them, a frightening pace.
They can't raise oil prices because there is too much competition out there at higher prices.
They know once the oil money stops flowing in they'll be plunged back into the 7th century and the rest of the world will be happy to bottle them up there.
This is the last chance for them to build their world wide caliphate. The combination of western greed, short term thinking, white guilt and ironically freedoms of association, religion, and speech means they have a shot.
