well you don't have to worry about me coming. I haven't lost a thing up there in the cold, cold north.Yes, the gun laws here rather suck; but in an all out situation, I doubt anyone will be interested in what you have.
In the north are places you could fade completely out of touch with humanity. If you can survive the elements. This is the real deal. No quarter, no mercy. Epic fail here ends up as coyote food.
I doubt most could survive one winter. And frankly, from what I understand from most Canadians, they don't want any more Americans up here than necessary, lol.
Couldn't have said it better myself! No.
I wouldn't bug out to Canada if it were the only place on Earth immune to an invasion of genital eating parasites from Mars.
Unfortunately, that's not a poll option, so I did not vote.
The main difference between the two IMHO is simple. In parts of the US you WILL have mall ninja, son of Rambos running around with AK-47s and the like. I mean how many threads do we have hear about the required number of guns and ammo? how many threads about "protecting" our stuff? All this to me sounds dangerous as everyday people start firing because they think they are saving the day.Why do that? Everything that happens in the US will also affect Canada. As far as healthcare and government interference, Canada is already "ahead" of us, although we are certainly catching up.
The only advantage I see is that there are many more areas to "get lost" in there. Idaho and Alaska and some other states have that same advantage, however.
We could always just make it the 51st state if need be.
