And there are folks that wonder how california got into such a huge mess. Correct me if I am wrong but wasnt Orange County in the news a while back for filing for bankruptcy or something? I know for a fact they have been struggling seriously for a couple of decades now. Not sure if I was Poway I would be getting advice from thier consultants.

What ever happen to the concept of living within your means? Would a new Stadium addition, Athletic practice facility or band facility really help our students learn what they really need to be learning...English, Math and Science? Just saying...
