I was looking for cans to store food in and this popped up. Its a bit expensive but for smaller portions of pricey foods would this be good for lts?

No link in your post, but when I looked into empty paint cans years ago there were plain metal, and metal with some kind of a spray plastic liner. Food grade? Can't recall.

There's a can supplier to buy food grade items in bulk.
Anybody remember the name??

the "gold" food grade paint can style metal containers have always been $$$$ >>> cheaper to buy food in tins and throw the contents out ...

cheapest used to be buying #10 cans thru the LDS Bishop's Warehouses and DIY canning ...
