I made asian fish soup with dried radish leaves and sweet potato stems and dried lily buds. That hit the spot. It's starting to get warm enough that soon I won't be making any soup. I hate summer!

Hit the grocery store early this morning.

Bought the bloodiest Roast Beef you ever saw. So.....

4 inch thick Roast Beef sandwiches with Horseradish, Shredded Lettuce, Provolone Cheese and Tomatoes. Lays Habanero Chips on the side and a Dill Pickle.

Rolo Stuffed Ritz Crackers for dessert.

Screw my diet... I'm tired of rabbit food, and my blood work/pressure came back decent enough for one ****ing night. I'll pick up the diet tomorrow. Tonight, I'm eating like a freakin' king! In Italy, or wherever they eat that stuff....

Another fast/frozen food night. The Wife has been full on Spring cleaning. And I have been doing a full pantry and mid term prep audit.
Planning a huge trip (270 miles) to the city to top off. This will include bulk staples.

So, it is orange chicken over rice, veggie eggrolls and a salad. I'll make the kids eat ice cream remnants later. Lol.

I am getting tired of steak. No, not because we have it that often but I guess I'm going through a phase of wanting some else. So I had pork, kind of Mexican dish, with refried beans and rice. It was good but I have to find a better sauce.

A truck load of Beer. 🍺
