Just got a pair of Columbia hiking shoes last weekend from ****s. They have great arch support.

 

I have 4 pairs of Merrells that I rotate. I was wearing one pair for work and the gore tex failed....I contacted the company since I only wore them for 3 months and the gore tex failed. The company ended up sending me replacement shoes and an RA# to return the defective shoes.

I like the way the Merrells feel and I like how the company took care of my issue.

Right now sitting in front of computer just leather sandles. But normaly I wear leather pull on boots with a compisition sole don't know the brand name picked them up at a tack store about 4 years ago for about $100.00 and they are still going stron.

really? i never have had problem with my Merrells. i got a pair of light hikers that i wear every day/hiking/at work and after three years they hardly look worn. :/ maybe it was just a bad batch?

 

An old pair of DC shoes at-2. So far they are the best running shoes I have ever owned. Also the lightest pair of size 14's I have yet to find.

 

I alternate between Cowboy Boots and Hikers.

 

During the warmer months, it's generally just a pair of sandals. During the colder months, a pair of elastic-sided work boots. Not too fussed on the brand. The work boots generally cost about a hundred bucks a pair.

 

Danner Arcadia boots. Old military issue black ones. Yeah they're heavy but they are the best boots I've ever worn.

 

Vibram five fingers 3 seasons of the year and for the last 800 gram thinsulate wolverines boots.

 

Well for non hiking shoes I wear adidas campus II's for hiking I wear Oakley tactical six hiking boots in the chocolate color.

 

Merrells hiking boots and have had them for like 4 years wear daily for work outside

 

I wear Danner Quarry work boots. They are all leather stitch down boots. After they wear out you can have them refurbished by Danner. They are good and strong and last me for about two years (I wear them for work, so they get used).

 

I'm wearing a sexy pair of high heels.................oh wait, that's not right.

I'm wearing a pair of ugly brown issue boots with Goretex and Vibram soles. They are easier on the feet than the heels, and will last longer in the woods.

 

Jungle boots...broken in with many miles of hard use and still holding strong

 

In the summer I generally wear Teva sandals, but I keep a set of Danner hiking boots in my BOB. In winter I usually wear Bates ultralight duty boots, but again, the hiking boots are always handy. I've put a lot of foot miles on those boots and they work well for me. They'd definately be my go to boots if I needed to put on some miles.

Sperry leather deck shoes or Dr Martin's leather sandals year round. Sometimes my toes get cold here in Ohio though.
