I am still learning about what my Subaru can get me, but was curious what other trucks/ suv's are getting.

I got 268 miles last tank, 19.5 MPG's. Very happy.....thought I would get less.

About 55% city miles. At half tank, full of camping gear and tire ontop.

Im running a K&N air filter and STI exhaust to free up horseys and MPG's...

Im going to swap the air filter for a similar one by Apexi (slightly less air flow)... hoping though to break into 20 + MPG.

2003 GMC Sierra 1500 - City Avg = 13.6mpg / Highway Avg = 16

I miss my Trailblazer which was only 2WD but got 16-17 no matter how I drove it, I still plan to buy another one in a year or so when more stuff is paid off.

1994 F150 XL with a 300 inline 6.

13 city, 15-16 highway. If I drive it like a 85 year old man I can get about 22-24 city but the gearing prevents me from getting anything close to that on the highway or interstate. Sadly my pressure plate went out last week, so I'm attempting to replace it and I've been in the 4runner :(.

I am driving a 1989 Chevy extended cab short bed 2 wheel drive with a stick shift and 3.08:1 gearing in the rear end and a 350 cu inch small block. It has a KNN air filter and I get about 17-18 mph depending on how aggresive I drive with a combination city/hwy. It originally came with a 305 cu inch engine and was rated at 19 mph.

I hope to eventually get around to making a few mods though. Will be looking at the corvette 58 cc aluminum heads if they will fit if not will be getting AFR 72 cc heads. I am also looking at adding an Edlebrock Performer intake. When the water pump takes a crap on me it will get replaced with a aluminum aftermarket water pump. I will probably uncork the exhaust a little too when it is time to replace parts there. Not looking to make all that much more power as I am trying to get a fatter torque band from 1000-4000 rpms range with minimal impact on gas mileage. If gas wasnt close to 4.00 bucks a gallon it would be a whole different story!

1987 Dodge Ramcharger 4x4. 4barrel Carbureted 360 V8 with 3speed automatic!

So far I have traveled 6,000 miles since February and have not used a single gallon of gas :)

The truck has been sitting while I have been walking/using public transportation

When driven regularly the truck got 9mpg around town and about 11mpg on the freeway but it is in need of a tuneup and some tinkering. I should be getting around 11mpg around town and 13 on the freeway soon

and that is with 31" tall tires and 3.31 axle gears. Eventually it'll have 35" tires and 4.10 axle gears along with fuel injection and an overdrive transmission but it'll still be a 'gulper

1998 3/4 ton 4x4 diesel suburban, 16 city and 20 highway, nearly 800 miles to a tank.

For me and my needs and taste it is the sweetest truck on the road!

3.5" exhaust, GM8 turbocharger, Heath diesel mechanical waste-gate controller, remote PMD, S&B cold air intake, and 4.10 gears (I may change them out for 3.73 and try to achieve 24 mpg)
