Judging by the lack of response to my posts, the majority here have different interests to what I have. So perhaps we could have some ideas on posts please. We can forget about primitive skills posts & long term wilderness living/survival, so I assume the majority already know all there is to know, or, you plan on trying to survive in the city (good luck with that!).

So, ideas for posts please, what do you want to see on this forum? People living in Australia only please. Australia is very different from other countries.

I don't know all there is to know on primitive skills and living long term in the wilderness. I do know though, that the older people (me) and the youngest people (my grandkids) most often did not live long in the "Hidden in the forest-hunter gatherer" lifestyle. Therefore I will not attempt it and have no interest in learning to put together a tasty Grubs ala mode.

Everyone has their own idea of just WHAT they're preparing to survive and there are other options than city dwelling or becoming one with the wilderness. So while I won't chime in on the most optimum method of making and using a sharp stick I will on other things. Don't get all nose-bent about it. They'll get back around to your grubs and sticks eventually.

Maybe you could explain to fellow Kiwis and your neighbor's from Oz how you will reverse the firearms laws of your socialist nation to achieve liberty?

This would also be enlightening to us Yanks. We know our weapons are our last resort to a tyrannical government, even an undercover one like our Progressive Democrats keep attempting. Our Founding Fathers were British, literally British subjects, but they knew they didn't want to go backwards. They trusted no political leaders, not even themselves!
