Anyone know a good book with photos or a solid PDF? I have googled around trying to find something but most things online either don't have good pictures or are not specific to my area.

Other than cattails, honeysuckle, blueberries, ramps, and wild onions, I'm not sure what else you can eat around here. I'm sure there is a ton of stuff, just having trouble finding the info!

Thanks

Plantains are prevalent around here, should be there too. All parts of the pine tree. Fiddlehead ferns in the early spring, before they open. Just remove the fuzzy layer on the outside of the stem. Thistle or Burdock root.
