Olight contacted me through YouTube and asked if I would like to do a review on one of their lights, of course I said yes. So they sent me the Olight M2R Warrior Flashlight.
Overall, I liked this design and brightness settings. However, I wish the on/off button behind the bezel was easier to find at night.
I love how the flashlight charges and the battery does not have to be removed.
Because of my agreement with AllOutdoor, I can not copy/paste the article here like what I do with the content I post on my blog. However, I uploaded some of the pictures I took for the AllOutdoor article here.
The Olight M2R Warrior is possibly the best flashlight I have ever tested.
The only real issues I found were:
Lanyard hole is rather small.
Carry pouch snap is a little short for MOLLE webbing. It would be nice to see the pouch designed for MOLLE webbing.
In my opinion, the Olight M2R Warrior beats the SureFire I have on my AR-15.
Full disclosure, I received the flashlight at no cost for myself. Besides it being required by law, I feel disclosing my relationship with Olight is important to the reader.
