Just started re-reading a book of mine just out of pure interest. I've always found war history endlessly fascinating and even how it can be applied to surviving the end of the world or the apocalypse or whatever you want to call it.
Urban Guerrilla Warfare by: Anthony James Joes is a well-written collection of urban guerrilla warfare instances going back to the Warsaw uprising in 1944 and up to the more recent Russo-Chechen conflicts in the late 1990's. The recounting of these events is very informative and interesting and although the book has gone up in price for new copies because of limited stock you can still snag used copies of it for as little as $2.50.

But in all honesty this book is worth it at just about any price in my opinion. :thumb:

Now I just get my hands on this beast: Guerrilla Warfare: A Historical, Biographical, and Bibliographical Sourcebook
