It's not "The UN", it's the world heritage organisation, which is part of the UN. It's not about occupying world heritage sites with foreign troops in order to steal the guns and impose gay marriage or whatever Alex is ranting about this week, it's about helping to preserve world heritage sites so future generations can enjoy them. What did the UN ever have to do with the Alamo? ?
I've seen noting to suggest a UN flag will fly there. Other sites don't seem to have them. Looks more alarmist stirring from Alex Jones. It's all being negotiated by the United States National Park Service on the hush hush for years. Half of the info one there site is not working.

Time for the grand Army Of The Republic Of Texas to rise from the ashes looks like.
No UN flag will fly there.
Get The UN out of the US.
Get rid of the National Park Service completely -- and let the states handle these sites. NPS is run amok... and power-mad.Get The UN out of the US.
The question is "What possibly could the world heritage org do to improve the Alamo?". This is the United States, not Uganda. It's not "The UN", it's the world heritage organisation, which is part of the UN. The UN doesn't want the Alamo, nor does anyone else, just (some) Americans.
The Alamo is better than State run, it is privately run. The Daughters of the Republic of Texas have been taking care of The Alamo since 1905 and I cannot see them asking, or allowing, the UN to do this....but I'm not a member so who knows.Get rid of the National Park Service completely -- and let the states handle these sites. off topic , but the fact that a man with the last name castro got elected to any public office kinda makes you wonder about the state of affairsThose who aren't Texans probably don't understand exactly what sort of anthill turning the Alamo into a UN world heritage site will kick over for those of us who are. This isn't some hiking / camping destination in California. It's like selling Pearl Harbor to the Chinese.

According to this, Julian Castro (the SA mayor, and a vile leftist on the order of King Obama himself) is behind it.
They'll just get arrested. It's all being negotiated by the United States National Park Service on the hush hush for years. Half of the info one there site is not working.

I don't care about 'world heritage sites' as much as I care about America being restored as a sovereign nation and get the UN the hell out of our business.

It gives it recognition as a world heritage site, something it seems Texas feels would benefit it. The best option would be to ask the representative from Texas since it is his/her idea. The question is "What possibly could the world heritage org do to improve the Alamo?". This is the United States, not Uganda.
Anything the UN touches gets screwed up or gets some socialist agenda attached to it.
This doesn't give the Alamo to the UN. Stop listening to Alex Jones, he is an IDIOT.The Alamo is better than State run, it is privately run. The Daughters of the Republic of Texas have been taking care of The Alamo since 1905 and I cannot see them asking, or allowing, the UN to do this....but I'm not a member so who knows.
Nice divert and discredit ploy but guess what? It isn't working anymore. Get the UN the hell out of the US.Infowars.................enough said.
Calling it BS is being polite about it.
That is a different issue to the issue of UNESCO. You personally may wish to leave the UN, but that does not validate any claims from Alex Jones about UNESCO occupying, owning or flying flags over UNESCO locations.Nice divert and discredit ploy but guess what? It isn't working anymore. Get the UN the hell out of the US.
Just look at how different the individual states are and NOT united in thought or practice. AND these jerks want to have a united one world order.
