I personally believe that people with very low intelligence should be sterilized and not allowed to vote.
The gene pool needs a serious bleaching. Unfortunately, it will probably never happen because stupid people have already taken over the world.

Instead of taking away people's capacity to reproduce and vote, let's just do away with public assistance ("welfare"). Doing away with the welfare mentality would solve a lot of our country's problems.

Your only 24 genius, that is but 7 years older than me. Unlike you, i'm not at the age at which I think I know everything. I am very very far from thinking I know everything.

If not, who are you (or anybody else for that matter) to decide who should be allowed to reproduce and who shouldn't?

These problems you speak of will be solved by natural means.

Alright, clearly some of you have no idea what I am talking about.
I will therefore write an official definition of my idea.

The international community needs to begin work on a very standardized and refined test of intelligence*. This test would assess an individual's level of intelligence using primarily logic. Think IQ test on steroids. The test must be able to determine the basic level of intelligence that the individual developed naturally from birth and not intelligence or knowledge that the individual was taught.


A threshold score would be pre-established which would set the minimum level of intelligence acceptable for procreation. Should you fail to meet the threshold, you will loose your voting rights and will be presented with an implied consent of sterilization. Should you refuse to be sterilized you will loose certain civil privileges which will be determined as this plan hypothetically evolves in the future.
