Cheap and easy.


- 1 box Stove Top Stuffing ( Cornbread Mix )
- 1 can 10.3/4 oz. Condensed Cream of Mushroom or Chicken or a jar of Turkey Gravy
- 3/4 cup milk ( or Heavy Cream)
- 1 pound sliced Deli Smoked Turkey ( or Cajun Seasoned) or 16 slices
- 1 can French Fried Onions


- Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine soup and milk. Set aside.

- Scoop about 1/4 of stuffing onto each turkey slice.
- Roll up and place in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish greased with Pam
- Pour soup mixture over roll ups
- Bake, uncovered, at 150 degrees for 20 minutes
- Sprinkle with onions. Bake 5 minutes longer or heated through

Yields 8:servings.

Serve with Green Beans and Cranberry Sauce.

Just had this and it's very good. I used chicken stuffing because that's what I had, and cream of chicken soup, and the heavy cream. I haven't seen my youngest eat this much dinner in a long time. Worth making if you're looking for an easy recipe that's both filling and good.
