Went on a little hiking trip today (videos will be posted later). When I got home I felt something crawling under my shirt.

I reached over my shoulder, pinched what ever it was, had my wife take my shirt off and went to the sink.

Our property, in Alabama, is crawling (pun intended), with them.
Really have to get checked over after wandering around in the woodsy part.

Ammo could you free range some chickens or gesse? They will keep them down to an acceptable level.

Chickens help a LOT!

Many people prefer guineas to get rid of ticks but they will fight with roosters, so if you need to keep a flock of chickens going, you are better off to not have the guineas.

Thats what I use here in my local and they are great...they make good Chicken and Dumplins too! They seem to do a better job of fending for themselves compared to chickens and enough seem to survive year round to keep a good number around desipte the coyotes around here.
