The selective leaders tossed IOUs in the SS gains and spent it elsewhere.
The ones which were elected by the majority of the population.... which was not The Greatest Generation.
Convinced, connived, controlled, and/or conquered.
The Boomer generation saw the best of times and is running right off the cliff into the worst.
The saddest aspect of their generation and blossoming of middle class, they tossed the family out the window.
Or should I say into the TV, cable etc etc.
But again, the 4Cs above sincerely had a significant effect.
Most boomers say, "But I raised my kids the right way."
