I've been thinking about this for a while. We are looking at buying some property in Northern MI. I don't know how I would go about it but I'd like to start something like a a BOL community. We've only got enough money for a small chunk of property right now, but if we could get people together, investors, that are of a like mindset we could get a larger piece of property. Plus, there's safety in numbers.
I'm 1/2 way through the book 'Lights Out' right now and can see the importance of having others around to get your back. Also, it would be nice to have others to share in the work of an old fashioned homestead, you know, many hands make light work. :thumb:
