These are more "evil thoughts" that I picked off the links from Western Rifle shooters....

This stuff will be useful in Urban areas when SHTF.

By any reasonable standard, in most big-city,urban areas, the S*** has already Hit the Fan, so how are these "principles" of any more use in the future, than they are (not) now?
For the umpteenth time, this whole premise assumes a hypothetical future reality that is unlikely in the extreme.
Seriously, dead drops? This whole article sounds like a cold-war comic book.

I've read and respect a great many of your opinions in the past, but in this case I think you may be overlooking one fine point.

The need for entertainment to keep up morale is very important, and what better way to provide for this entertainment need than to play "Cold War Spy Games". :thumb:

The original source for that article was The Resister, an internal underground publication, published sub-rosa by and for members of the US Army Special Forces during the Clinton era. The author was someone who lived that comic book in the real world.

The ability to conduct Basic Tradecraft is an imminently practical and useful art. Like primitive fire making skills, the fundamentals have been around for centuries...and are still competently practiced today. Everywhere.

Just sayin'...

I bet the Ukrainians aren't going to find this kind of info funny or comic book-ish in the very near future when they're up to their eyeballs in Russian occupation forces. :whip: :whip: :whip:

The ability to organize, operate & communicate covertly is a deadly-serious business that we should all learn about. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
