This man is an inspiration, and it's a damn shame there aren't a billion or so more people just like him. To quote an old Fox News article:

"I always just wanted to be a doctor to help people with their medical problems and that's all it's for," the 87-year-old family physician says. "It was never intended to make a lot of money."

Nice.

There aren't a billion or so more like him, cuz they have years and years of college debt to pay off. [and I won't even mention liability insurance]

This. At 5 a visit, he isn't making enough a year to pay for a liability insurance policy. This will last until he gets sued and loses his house and retirement in the process.
