Tarp Origami

A friend of mine was doing some origami the other day, and it got me thinking: could the principals of origami/paper folding be applied to tarp shelters? A quick Google search led me to http://www.equipped.com/tarp-shelters.htm

It not only provides a great summary of many common tarp shelter designs, but also shows several more complex shelters and structures for larger sized tarps(changing/shower room, bivvy bags, mountain pods, etc) . All designs provide numbered corners and support points, instructions for the folds, and a "final result". That said, most of the designs are pretty self explanatory. Many of these designs could be fun to try out while camping.

The simpler designs are mirrored here in a more readable format: http://www.bushwalking.org.au/FAQ/tarp/TarpShel.htm

What gets me is,
Six people thanked you for post.
One person thanked me.
Yet we show the same link?
Is it the name? Fancy logo?
You have two now, I felt bad for you. :D:

Sometimes it's a thankless job. You just have to accept that.
