Just bought one of every kind to try them all, 7 different kinds in all. Best buy date varys from 1-3yrs. Kept in the fridge and unopened how long do you all think they will last? How much will that time change after opened?

Tabasco is basically chili sauce and water and salt.
There is much better chili sauce than Tabasco. I have very little of it - too salty for me. Occasionally I will put a drop of it on a poached egg.
I will admit that the Mcllhenny family does a good marketing job on their product though (I used to work with a guy who married into the family).
