My lone sweet potato that I didn't eat has started to sprout. Any suggestions? I'm in mid-Michigan. Can I plant it indoors and still be able to get anything from it or what?:xeye:

way to late to plant it outside... needs 120 days or more to set tubers... the leaves are edible as a green, however.

Should I just cut off the top chunk with the sprouts and plant in a good sized (5 gal ) bucket. My wife would really hate a bucket by the front window...lol:

Any good way to help them grow bigger? Dang, I thought they were just "orange 'taters"...lol
