Double aught buck in a 12g. Drones are definitely vulnerable. Just use the appropriate ammo and shooting technique.
Those things are huge... if you can take down a fast moving duck, many of us have many times, a big drone would be easy.
And 25 years? That would be in federal prison. I dont even have 25 years in me left. Not to be ficticious but thats 3 hots and a cot for life with a change of scenery every 2 years.
I would definitely take one down merely for my bucket list! Just make sure that your worldly goods and assets are redistributed first, with a month or 2 seperation in case of a federal or civil claw back attempt. If you dont care, it dont matter. One way or another, someone will react afterwards. Then we know.
