Camillus 72

Two Camillus 72s. Both circa 1962-63? The well used one was the last knife my grandfather owned when he passed in early 1965, over 5 years before I was born. Been on the lookout for a good example of the same knife for awhile and found the lower one on eBay just in time for my 50th birthday. It apparently has never been carried or sharpened and only has some superficial specks of rust. It is now in my pocket and shaving hair.

Yep. I never bought a benchmade before. I like it so far. Maybe not as much as my buck impact BUT it’s lighter.

I wanted blue just for the heck of it.
My wife packs a Casbah like this but with the blackened blade. Its light and snappy with a great grip. It was mine but I traded it to her for letting me buy a Les George VECP. We were both winners.
