After a thousand threads posted on this over the years the list is longer than your wallet, bookshelves, and hard drives combined.

Or do you just want personal attention because you are too lazy to actually bother searching?

Books for your area of operation. Plants for both food and medicine with color pictures are the best. Green Dean on youtube "eattheweeds" is the man +180 vids.

I consider reference books as needing to be on paper. Everything else is fine as a pdf ebook on a computer - just be aware they may vanish in an emp.

Spend the time to actually learn the skills. Watching a ton of vids, or reading about something isn't the same as actual practice at the task. Skills and knowledge are the lightest things to pack on your back. The more you know the less you will need and the easier it will be to make new gear or repurpose other stuff.

After 5 posts hit the downloads section for tons of manuals on nearly everything.
