Ya I've had this thing for about 20 years, just sitting in the garage. Doesn't seem that practical, for me anyways.

Ya I wouldn't try to chop any trees down with it, its looks to be more of an assult axe.
I would strongly suggest you check with someone as brass knuckles can't be shipped across state lines or something like that--I believe they come under the same laws that govern switchblades.
I see a few websites selling them, I don't know how they would do business if they couldn't ship. I will look into it though.

the blow. The metal contained in the device may help support the hand
or fist, provide a shield to protect it, or consist of projections
or studs which would contact the individual receiving a blow.
