Hmm...I haven't been on this board that long, but you might wanna check YouTube for some yoga stuff. I don't do it as much as I should, but I think anybody who trains for flexibility/strength/alignment/mindfulness would benefit from working at least a little bit of yoga in. Maybe check out Sun Salutations? Those stretches are pretty good basic ones and you can always adapt them to make 'em easier or harder. I should really get take my own advice now....
