Stonewalled by Sharyl Attkisson

I just completed this fantastic book (literally; I put it down about 5 minutes ago).

Whatever your political views, I highly recommend you read this book.

Ms. Attkisson, a (former) CBS news reporter, details her efforts to reveal the hidden truth behind several scandals rocking the Obama White House. Mired by duplicitous White House Officials, stonewalling politicians and agencies, an increasingly political CBS management, and insidious activities by forces unknown, Ms. Attkisson looks for the truth, no matter where it may lead her.

This book covers her reporting and the behind-the-scenes activities around several big name scandals including Operation Fast and Furious, the 9/11 Benghazi consulate terror attacks, the DOE Green Energy scandals (Solyndra & more), Healthcare.gov meltdown, and the NSA spying scandal.

She also details how her own electronics were hacked by unknown entities to spy on her reports.

As I said earlier, regardless of your political views, this is a book that I highly recommend reading. Ms. Attkisson writes in a non-partisan voice, giving you the facts as She has found them, allowing the reader to draw their own conclusions. Some of the events that she documents are alarming under any context, and especially more so when taken as a mosaic. There are revelations about several of the scandals that have never been discussed by the Mainstream Media, including totally new levels to the NSA spying scandal that you might never have heard or seen before. She also discusses in detail how journalists having their phone records taken, their phones tapped, their computers hacked, and a concerted effort by the Executive branch to cover up their activities. And Ms. Attkisson discusses at length the poisonous environment in the Mainstream Media that stifles dissent against the Obama White House.
