I have been hunting lots of squirell or grouse and I was wondering who has a good squirell or grouse recipe. I have tried frying in the skillet and over a spit and it is fust too bland. Just wanting to spice up some good eatin'.

Four squirrels cut into legs and back peices. Place in a cake pan Pour in 1/2 bottle of worcestershire sauce . Sprinkle liberally with Lawry"s meat seasoning , and do the same with a good Cajun seasoning of your choice. Cover pan with tinfoil crimped around edges of pan so as to hold in the heat. Preheat oven to 350 . Cook for 50 minutes.

Serves two unless my son is having dinner with you if so it serves one.

Pretty much any thing that you can do with chicken you can do with squirrel. Soup, dumplings. baked, roasted, fried, pressure cooked, pot pie....
