I regularly watch the Trail Mater channel as he does a lot of hard-corps trail fixes with minimal tools. I think it is worth watching as to the mindset for trail fixes is something that may save you in the future.
My days of OffRoad 4x4 (or x10) are long over, thank goodness. Having been stuck more than once with a busted truck, I quickly figured out that limping a vehicle to a better place to wait for pickup beat sitting in the desert waiting.
