I did some searching for this but didn't find anything helpful.
I bought and installed this stock for my AR:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002E6UVNY/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I like the looks and feel of it. However, I can't figure out how to attach a sling mount. No amount of searching on this forum and others has yielded any useful results.
Would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction.
Thanks :)

theres a company called Impact Weapon Components that makes a QD sling mount.

Here check out a video on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TbqFXvHdiaM

but actually i think that stocks model brings a QD hole for it already incorporated into it. That hole towards the back is used to attach a QD swivel.

Any qd mount will work. Or just use the existing slots in the stock. You have at least three options based on the pic.

While I appreciate the answers so far I don't see anything that would work for me. I want to attach my sling to the lower end of the stock (that little hole in the bottom left hand corner/bottom point of the stock). That is my comfort zone and how I like to carry.
Any ideas?

I feel your pain. The only things I have found are a QD swivel mount (magpul sells it on their site) that is made to fit the larger hole at the towards the back of the stock or Magpuls Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point (ASAP) that replaces the receiver end plate (other companies make similar products that are deff worth checking out). I don't have the CTR stock on my AR, I have the ACS. I have looked everywhere for something else for mine too, but these were really the only two options I've found. I ended up going with the ASAP...

You could always just get a small carabiner to attach to the stock, then use a clippable sling loop to attach to the carabiner. I've seen something similar done to a VLTOR stock that was too thick for a clippable sling loop to hook up to. The downside is it is a little noisy with more loose metal parts rattling around.

I guess maybe I didn't understand how to use the QD attachment. Does it attach into the black hole in the rear of the stock, just behind the latch trigger?

I've never needed a push button sling swivel adaptor for a Magpul CTR stock. What you do need though is a rail set up for it (for the other end of the sling).

This shows a pretty good example of what's available:

I like the push button set up because it's simple and it's easy to move the sling from one carbine to another (as long as it's set up for push button sling swivels).

Yeah, I was just looking the instructions for my QD adapter and didn't see anything for the CTR, if that's the case, then to the OP, my bad!

I have an ACS stock and I did need one.

I have a front sling mount that came already installed on the AR so don't need one of those. Thanks though.
Would this QD mount work with my stock?
