SCOTUS refuses to allow the family of an illegal alien shot and killed by a Border Agent to sue. Makes sense to me, a Mexican doesn't have US constitutional rights if he is in Mexico.

I love this quote from the Court: "Congress’s failure to act does not compel the Court to step into its shoes."

If only the Obama judges understood this.

At one point in time the rock throwing incidents along the AZ section of the border were a daily if not hourly thing.

Elected misrepresentatives created the problem that CBP and BP pay the consequences for.
