I am always on the lookout for cheap preps. The sources vary from yard sales, to auctions, to family member, and even dumpsters. I pride myself of getting a lot for a little. I already shared in another post, but I recently landed a .50 cal. percussion black powder pistol for $20 at a yard sale! I won't begin to list all my sweet finds, but I curious if other preppers are doing the same. What are you finding?

As soon as I recover from these two back surgeries, I'm going to start hitting the yard sales. I never thought of it before but there has to be some good finds out there.
