What if you hit it real hard and water gets to the battery?
Aimpoints are Joe Proof, meaning they are intended to be used by stupid privates who do dumb things to their gear. Any decent minded person will have no problems with an Aimpoint, COMP ML3 is real good.
 
I dont feel the type is important as long as its durable, easy to access and gives you the necessary capacities for a combat load. A practicle Rack for the weapon of chose is the best way to go. I found out that I had to test a few, before I got the one I liked.
 
Nice rig systems. I'm just using an old Army type LBE system for me for now. I'm used to that system from many month in Viet Nam and I know it works well.
We LBE guys are dinasours!

Where do you guys wear this stuff? Just wondering. I have it all packed up from when I was a nylon ninja but now as an armed citizen I find it a better idea to have bag on hand with some extra mags in addition to other stuff. Don't get me wrong the stuff is kewl but you might as well wear a bright orange jump suit.
That's what I was wondering...............
