This is just getting started, The year's not over yet, You can start crowing about how many are dead then.
Fear of the unknown is a waste of energy. Nail-biting and fear may be more detrimental to ones health than this hyped up virus. Plagues, viruses, illnesses, and natural disasters have been affecting mankind since the fall of Adam. I've heard it said that fear of a thing may be exactly what draws it into our personal lives.
Suggestions:
1) Turn off the television, go outside, and draw in several breaths of fresh air. Stop letting CNN, MSNBC, and FOX scare the hell out of you.
2) Stay away from hospitals and doctor's offices. That's where sick people hang out.
3) Wash your hands often (whether there's a virus going around or not).
4) Avoid highly populated areas where people are tightly squeezed together (elevators, long lines, etc.). Use the stairs and do your shopping during off-hours. I grocery shop very early in the morning before the crowds show up.
5) Fear not!!!!
I started a thread on "the flu vs. the Corona Virus" that got buried and hidden from view. After a bunch of searching ... I finally found it:

If we must be "nervous nellies" or nail-biters or Chicken Littles ... be petrified of the regular flu. You're more apt to catch it. Or, better yet, don't be afraid and just use a little common sense. Lets allow our brains to be today's number one "prep."
As for the end of the world as we know it? It's certainly headed our way but this virus is only one, very small symptom of a much greater event.
