I got a 5 about a month ago. I have a Kabar, Gerber, Buck, and Kershaw fixed blades and none compare to this thing. IT IS A BEAST. "a crowbar with edges" is a great description of it. I love it. I have many folders and tools that I can use for that type of work, for a survival knife that needs to be a work horse it is in a league of its own.
