I was wondering about how self-sufficient you have to be on long distance jobs?
Is it what we see on films (and some amazing rigs/mini homes I saw at a truck show as a child) where you effectively live in it?
Or if its not luxury, what are the improvised ways you do things in your moving steel/glass shelter?
Be very interested in your comments as I kind of think you probably live a more survival life on the road than a lot of people, cooking/sleeping/personal defense, new places/people, you're responsible for it all it seems...any useful hints?
