I would say 4 or 5 years, maybe longer. I know that regular oats will stay good if sealed and kept at 70 degrees will be fine for about 8 to 10 years. Since quick oats are basically precooked it may shorten the storage life, but I could be wrong on that. I sure someone else will have a better answer.

Any idea on the individual flavored packets? I like to mix the Quaker Cinnamon Roll with the Peaches and Cream (I pick a couple up whenever they're Buy One Get One) to make 'peach cobbler' oatmeal- a treat I am sure to miss after TEOTWAWKI!

It's one of the few processed food treats I allow myself, and only because 'oatmeal is good for you'! I know it has added ingredients, and I'm sure moisture would be the main issue; maybe it's best I just store like and kind ingredients and improvise? I do have most of them on hand...

I have no idea on that. If it were me, I'd put them in pouches or a very large glass jar (to keep bugs out) and try to rotate them based on the manufactured date.

If you run out in a post-htf situation, I would have the stuff on hand to make a mock peaches and cream.
