Local liquidation center has a pile of these in in large resturaunt size tubs.. What kind of storage life can I get out of these in mylar?

thanks for the link and info,some decent prices there for sure!:thumb:If you read the order form at the LDS Provident Living site, it says that quick oats storage life is 30 years (with proper packaging and storage in a dry place at or below 75 degrees F (24 degrees C)). Note: It's the same storage life as the regular oats.

I have no idea on that. If it were me, I'd put them in pouches or a very large glass jar (to keep bugs out) and try to rotate them based on the manufactured date.Any idea on the individual flavored packets? I like to mix the Quaker Cinnamon Roll with the Peaches and Cream (I pick a couple up whenever they're Buy One Get One) to make 'peach cobbler' oatmeal- a treat I am sure to miss after TEOTWAWKI!
It's one of the few processed food treats I allow myself, and only because 'oatmeal is good for you'! I know it has added ingredients, and I'm sure moisture would be the main issue; maybe it's best I just store like and kind ingredients and improvise? I do have most of them on hand...
