I wonder if NYPD when to the "Continental" looking for the suspect because it's straight out a a John Wick movie

Brian Thompson, CEO of United Healthcare, was gunned down in NYC a couple days ago by a masked shooter. Curious to learn more about motive and implications to other high profile CEO's. The social and political aspects are likewise interesting. Why was this particular man shot? Since this brazen murder, I have been reading a lot of hateful commentary toward the health insurance industry. Hope the shooter is caught soon and brought to justice.

I'm surprised he hasn't been caught yet. They got his face picture, pretty much tracked him all over.

He must have revealed himself with grievances against UHC in the past. I'm sure the cops are combing through everything.

As a shooter, he was calm and sloppy at the same time. He was able to clear a jam quickly. He definitely should have been closer with his shots.

Definitely not a pro

Since he is having to manually cycle the slide after each shot, it is likely the individual that did not know you need a spring mechanism to decouple the barrel and suppressor to allow the pistol to cycle, which leads me to believe homemade suppressor. I have seen some comments elsewhere about subsonic ammo but I have never had a cycle failure due to that, maybe others have.

Police now believe that he used the above pistol which is not semi auto and requires each shot to be manually extracted. It did malfunction at one point, hence the unfired round that was recovered.

This could be a Disgruntled employee or claiment but imho the etched casing is a distraction. The District of Corruption is more than likely covering up Insider Trading amongst other crimes. Clintonized ArkNcide is a dangerous pathogen. I almost feel sorry for these facist corporate cronies of the uniparty elites. But hey they made their bed to sleep in right.

I tend to believe it was a hired hit and the notes on bullets were ment to throw law enforcement off track believing it was due to a denied insurance claim. They should look closely at the ex wife and his business associates. I believe people have phoned in tips thinking they recognized the suspect and LEOs are now pouring through all of them.

Today law enforcement said they know the name of the suspect but do not want to release it because it would alert him. This makes no sense because they just alerted the suspect that they know him. My thought is they do not want the press gathering at his residence. Most likely because he fled to Atlanta he has boarded an international flight. This suspect might be another nut job similar to the Unabomber who is going to right the wrongs of big health care.

I noticed last night right around 9 p.m. a half-dozen or more "no call sign" Gulfstream and Citation jets leaving Atlanta from various airports. Planes with the ident. blocked are most likely either FBI or high-profile politicians. My guess is FBI in Atl. to catch him, and now headed somewhere else. Most were headed west.

Just because he came from Atlanta, doesn't mean he's from Atlanta. Some of his tactics seem very rehearsed, and it's possible he laid over in Atlanta for a time from somewhere else, which is what he did in NYC. Realistically, he could from anywhere.

LEO may know his name, but that could also be a red herring. Obviously he made mistakes with the mask and DNA, but considering how well-known this technology is, I'd have to think they were intentional missteps. It's possible he's not in any DNA database, perhaps he's adopted with limited family who is not loaded in the familial databases.

Lots of goodies to unpack. Still very sad for Brian's kids, especially at Christmas.

If the FBI does know his name, I suspect they're withholding it due to the outpouring of outrage on the internet - not outrage at the shooting, but at the tactics of the health care industry. No point in putting the shooter's relatives in danger.

Also quite likely there were also one or more murders of ordinary New Yorkers that same day, and maybe 1 or 2 detectives are working those cases, not masses of FBI, NYPD, APD, etc etc. The disparity is not unexpected.

NYPD is ridiculous with this idea that it was a B&T; if you've ever seen one they don't look like the gun in the video and they are not operated by racking a slide. Garandthumb posted a video showing one and how it operates today. Probably just a 9mm of some type using a Temu/Wish/homemade suppressor without a booster in it. No idea why they keep posting pictures of those two guys either. Yeah the coats are similar, but not the same, different color but if you want to argue different lighting, look a the pockets. Differt backpacks too but that's two different dudes- look at the facial structure, especially the nose and chin areas. The writing/engraving on the shells (I've seen both reported so not sure what it actually was) is part of the title of a book about corruption in the healthcare system. While the shooter appears to remain calm and was able to clear his malfunctions, he made way too many mistaks to be a professional, probabbly somebody who was wronged or felt wronged by the comany in some way (not like the insurance companies don't give folks plenty to be mad about), either personally or a family member. The victim also didn't appear to have much if any situational awareness, the bad guy was able to walk up behind him and fire a gun several times, clearing malfunctions in between shots and dropping some live rounds in the process. It's a crazy world and getting crazier it seems.

260 Word Manifesto:

“To the Feds, I'll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone. This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience.

The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there. I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done. Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming.

A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy. United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but as our life expectancy?

No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allwed them to get away with it. Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument.

But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain. It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty.”

It's certainly an interesting perspective. The action he took was wrong but his thought process not far off. This guy had brainpower going for himself.....too bad he gave into his emotions and now will rot in prison for the rest of his life.

As a business owner myself, I can objectively see where large corporations that remained open during the pandemic pretty much have turned the screws on the entire US population. We are only a few short years away to a modern day Medieval Serfdom. A LOT has happened over the past 6 years for sure.

Thankfully people are starting to wake up to some degree and bold entrepreneurs are establish more competitive and freer marketplaces.

The shooter also notes : Apple, Google, Walmart. Part of the internet mafia for sure. If you look at how these companies conduct business you would think Satan's top 5 generals sat on the board of directors.

As individuals the only thing I can suggest is not to cave into "convenience " and foresake putting in a little extra time and effort to spread your $$$$ around.
