Has anyone tried this? I was looking for the shelf life of the product..with 72% fat, it is not likely to be too long.

I don't have the Anthony's brand but I have the Hoosier Hill farm brand. I got it in Sept 2019 and the best by date is 10/10/2020. I keep it in the freezer
