Why would you trust a filter that is described in such a retarded manner?
That might be faulty language conversion.

I was hooking up a TV awhile back and as soon as it came on an audio played with a very thick Indian accent that said, "Thank you for pleasuring yourself with our television."

Correct interpretations do fall through the cracks sometime and that's the problem, rather than the maker of the product now knowing how to accurately describe their own product.
 
And why one should buy American, or at least British. I'm not sure I'd trust my life to a company in China or India. The Doulton (British Berkefeld) line of filters have been the standard for a very long time. American made filters also have to pass rigorous standards. The same can't be said for filters made in 3rd world countries.
